Economic Impact Study of Spain’s Rebates for Investments in International Film and Television Series

SPI has been commissioned by Spain Film Commission, in collaboration with PROFILM and as part of Spain Audiovisual Hub initiative to undertake an Economic Impact Study of Spain’s Rebates for Investments in International Film and Television Series.  

The study will look at the direct, indirect and induced impacts of the national tax rebates for foreign films and its wider impacts on sector development, workforce, and infrastructure in Spain. 

The Study will be the first-ever in-depth study on the economic impact of international shoots in Spain.
