As part of SPI’s ongoing commitment to supporting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), we produced six editions of Diversity Searchlight.

Diversity Searchlight was a newsletter that searched out and shone a light on global DEI initiatives within the creative industries.

This included exclusive interviews with thought leaders, as well as a Global Digest of DEI-related initiatives in the creative industries.

The project was led by DEI expert, former British Film Institute CEO and Special Advisor to SPI, Amanda Nevill, and Research Associate Mounira Almenoar, who is a specialist in DEI in the screen sector, having undertaken numerous workforce mapping and strategy projects internationally.
