SPI Supports Global Production Awards 2026 as Entries Open

Olsberg•SPI (SPI) is supporting the Global Production Awards 2026, with entries now open for this year’s programme celebrating excellence and sustainability across global film and television production.

Organised by Screen International, in association with Screen Global Production and Broadcast, the Global Production Awards will return to the Cannes Film Festival in May 2026, providing a high-profile international platform for production, studio and locations professionals.

The 2026 awards feature 16 categories, recognising achievements across areas including sustainable initiatives and productions, emerging locations, film commissions and studio excellence. The awards are open to studios, production companies, film commissions, locations, suppliers and service providers working across the film and television sector. The qualifying period is 1st September 2024 – 13th March 2026.

Through SPI’s ongoing partnership with the awards, the programme continues to highlight best practice, innovation and sustainable approaches across the global production sector.
