SPI CEO to Speak at Shooting Locations Marketplace 2026 Summit
Olsberg•SPI (SPI) CEO Leon Forde will speak at the Shooting Locations Marketplace 2026 Summit, which takes place on the 14th and 15th October 2026 in Valladolid, Spain.
The sixth edition of Shooting Locations Marketplace, organised by Feria de Valladolid in collaboration with Spain Film Commission, will bring together producers, location managers, Film Commissions, Film Offices and production service companies from across the international audiovisual industry. The event provides an opportunity for international film professionals to discover new filming destinations and generate business opportunities, with 66 international producers and location professionals attending this year.
Leon will take part in a panel discussion titled “The Latest Developments in Tax Incentives” at 5.00pm on Wednesday 14th October 2026, exploring the latest developments in screen incentives and their role in influencing production location decisions.

Kristofer Piir, Producer at Allfilm (Estonia)

Against a backdrop of increasingly international and mobile productions, the discussion will consider how tax incentives are changing, how important economic factors are in deciding where to shoot, and how territories are using incentives to attract international production.
