SPI CEO Leon Forde to Moderate AFCI Panel on Incentive Innovation

Olsberg•SPI (SPI) CEO Leon Forde will moderate the panel Beyond the Rebate: Incentive Innovation in a Global Production Economy (Presented by Entertainment Partners) at the Association of Film Commissioners International (AFCI) Studio Summit in Los Angeles on Thursday 26th March 2026 (16:00 PDT).

As film and television production expands across borders, jurisdictions are regularly refining how they attract and sustain projects. The panellists will explore how their jurisdictions are designing policies that keep them competitive while building sustainable production ecosystems.

Beyond the critical importance of incentive programmes and their role in increasing competitiveness, this discussion will look at how thoughtful incentive design strengthens the broader global production landscape and can create opportunities for filmmakers everywhere
