Anna joined SPI in 2024. Her current SPI projects include an economic impact assessment and strategy for the US State of Arkansas, a five-year plan for the City of Toronto’s Screen Production Sector, an economic impact assessment of the production incentives in South Africa for the Independent Producers Organisation, as well as a regular intelligence briefing for a major studio. Anna has previously worked on a strategic assessment and roadmap for a Canadian Province.
Before joining SPI, Anna built a multidisciplinary career in the screen and creative industries, working across Asia, North America, Europe, and the Nordics. She has first-hand production experience in post-production, serving as a Localisation Project Manager, where she collaborated with Netflix and freelance teams to deliver original content in over 30 languages. This role involved overseeing complex subtitling and dubbing workflows for Netflix Originals, ensuring cultural accuracy, technical quality, and timely delivery to global markets.
Anna’s broader career spans public and private sectors, including marketing and communications roles in fintech and cultural diplomacy. At the Swedish Embassy in the UK, she worked in the political and cultural section, where she played a leading role in Sweden’s successful campaign for a seat on the London IMO Council, coordinated state visits, and managed high-profile events. In fintech, she has led creative content development projects from concept to launch—such as video podcasts, commercial video shoots, and international events—and currently contributes to the marketing and communications working group at Olsberg SPI. Anna is developing SPI’s in-house webinar: Beyond the Screen by SPI.
Anna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from Lund University, with an exchange semester at Seoul National University. She is also an advisor to Art Friend Gallery, where she works closely with the founder to conceptualise events, manage artists, and secure sponsorships.
