Libbie is a Senior Associate who has been with the Olsberg SPI for more than five years, working on the managagement and delivery of all aspects of the company's work.

She has managed more than 40 projects, ranging from feasibility and definition studies
to economic maps, international competitiveness assignments and strategy and formulation studies.

Her areas of expertise include State aid, screen heritage, operational and change management issues and strategy development.

Libbie's most recent clients include the UK Film Export Group and Film London and the Highland Council. Other bodies she has worked with include Iconoval (Alsace), MIIIT (Malta), Cinecitta (Italy), the Swedish Film Producer's Association, the Polish Film Institute and in the UK the Office of the British Film Commissioner, Film 4, Sigma Films, and the UK Film Council.

Her first career was in academia (teaching English and Film and Media for the Universities of Paris) and subsequently in journalism, as an arts critic at leading Scottish daily newspaper The Herald between 2003 and 2006.

She also taught English, French and Film and Media Studies for the Universities of Paris and Glasgow.

Libbie holds a first-class MA in both French and Mathematics and a PhD in French Cultural Studies from the University of Glasgow.
