Olsberg|SPI has undertaken the following assignments for NIFTC

NORTHERN IRELAND STUDIO FEASIBILITY STUDY (Apr-2006)
SPI was retained by NIFTC to assess the feasibiity of a studio facility in Northern Ireland. The study assessed current proposals for a film and broadcast studio, and ascertained the market demand in the region for such a facility.

CREATIVE ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAMME
SPI was commissioned to develop and deliver an advanced training programme for content producers from Belfast. The programme included individual one - to - one tutoring as well as a workshop on strategic company development. Additionally, participants produced a strategic business development document.

NORTHERN IRELAND'S FESTIVALS
Olsberg|SPI was retained to write a report on Northern Ireland's four major film festivals - Belfast, Foyle, Cinemagic and the QFT element of the Belfast Festival - analysing their operations, purpose and strategic potential, with a view to recommending a way forward for public sector support.

NORTHERN IRELAND'S DIGITAL FILM ARCHIVE
The NIFTC has created a digital film archive (DFA) containing moving images from throughout the last century on a variety of themes. They hired us to create a development strategy for this innovative initiative with many applications in the educational and other areas.
